This Global Straight Carving Fork is made from the finest stainless steel, which will resist rust, stains and corrosion.
The first Global knives were designed in 1985 by Komin Yamada whose mission was to develop a range of knives that was truly new and revolutionary, using the best materials available and the latest manufacturing techniques. He was to fashion a series of kitchen knives which would appeal to the professional and amateur chef alike, be comfortable and easy to handle and meet their most demanding requirements.
With razor sharp blades, smooth contours, a seamless design and distinctive dots, Global was born. Using traditional samurai sword craftsmanship, each knife is painstakingly handmade to guarantee perfection. The perfectly balanced formula ensures that each Global knife is light weight, ideal for those who love to cook.
Global Knives are made from the finest high carbon stainless steel, utilising a unique Molybdenum/Vanadium alloy. The blades are ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56° – 58°, thus holding a steep, acute cutting edge whilst being robust and stain resistant.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We only currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank.
Returns
For any UK Mainland customers who are not completely happy with their purchases for any reason may return their products within 28 days and request a full no-quibble refund. It's all part of the Sands and Fagans guarantee.
Upon receipt of the returned purchase(s), we will give you either a full refund of the amount paid for the product, or an exchange credit should that be required.
Any purchases that have been used, are not returned in their original packaging or cannot be re-sold will not be refunded.
The cost for returning unwanted purchases shall be at the customers expense.
